This Privacy Policy describes how Frog to Log ("the app," "we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. Frog to Log is published by HELLOBEANPOLE LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.
Frog to Log does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or contacts. However, the app displays advertisements and uses analytics services, and to provide these features, certain information is collected automatically by our third-party providers as described below.
Ads in Frog to Log are served through ironSource / LevelPlay (a Unity company) and its mediated ad networks, including Unity Ads. To serve and measure ads, these providers may automatically collect and process:
This information may be used to deliver personalized advertising and to measure ad performance, and may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you may decline. This data is governed by the Unity / ironSource Privacy Policy.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players use the app (for example, which levels are played and where players encounter difficulty) so we can improve the game. Firebase may collect app-interaction data, crash logs, diagnostics, and device identifiers. This data is used by us to improve the game and is not sold. It is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Frog to Log offers optional in-app purchases, such as hint packs. Purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store); we do not receive or store your payment card details.
The app stores limited gameplay data locally on your device, including your high score and game preferences. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you uninstall the app.
You can control ad tracking through your device's privacy settings. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS, you may be asked to allow or deny app tracking (App Tracking Transparency), which you can change under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where a consent prompt is shown, you may decline personalized advertising.
Because Frog to Log has no accounts, the data associated with you is limited to the advertising identifier, approximate location, and usage/diagnostic data described above. To request that this data be deleted:
We will delete the data we hold and forward the request to our advertising and analytics providers (ironSource / Unity and Google Firebase) to delete data on their systems, in line with their retention policies, and confirm completion by email.
What is deleted: advertising identifier, approximate location, and app usage/diagnostic data associated with your request.
What may be retained: aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you, and any records we are required to keep by law. Third-party providers may retain data for a limited period, as described in their own privacy policies, before permanent deletion.
We use ironSource / LevelPlay and Unity Ads to display advertising, and Google Firebase for analytics. These providers act as third-party service providers and may collect and process the information described above. We do not sell your personal information.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
Frog to Log is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us so we can address it.
